Why me and my approach? Because I've been there! I have over two decades of experience at middle and senior leadership in our secondary education system so I truly understand the pressures and challenges you face alongside the honour of helping shape young lives. And as a mum to two wonderful teenagers, I see these pressures from their perspective too. So let me support you, your staff and your students with a range of self-help, stress management and nervous system regulation practices.
Student Support
Our EmbracED six week emotional well-being and empowerment programme supports teenagers with emotional awareness, stress management and anxiety. Delivered to individuals or small groups, the programme equips teenagers with well-being strategies to manage life's ups and downs. These include EFT/Tapping, self-hypnosis, mindfulness and breathwork. Importantly, teenagers develop an acceptance of their emotions and develop an inner calm.
